Did anyone receive the August 2017 ebay bucks seller promotion and then not receive credit for that promotion? I received this promotion in one of the Ebay emails they sent me, activated it, and sold multiple items during the sale period. Waited for the September 30 Ebay Bucks to be paid out, and I did not receive Ebay Bucks for any of those items sold. Spent an 1-1/2 hours on phone with customer support, they do not show I was sent the promotion (but I know I did receive it), so therefore will not credit the Ebay Bucks to me. Has anyone had an issue with the promos being sent via one of Ebay's emails and then you could never find it again? It's like they sent it by mistake and then removed it? Frustrating!
