Auctions insert fee double charged. Charged in Recent Transactions and added to Invoice.

As of April 1st ( no joke) my auction fees (I have listed some auctions every night for more than a decade) are being charged against my available funds in Recent Transactions AND added to my invoice, anyone else?

I spreadsheet my taxes daily so I noticed it. I thought they would correct it real quick, but nobody else is posting this error, so before I call I thought I would see if anyone else in the community is seeing this problem.

You are in Managed Payments, the "Invoice" is no longer an invoice it's more a statement of charges that have already been paid.

If you recently switched to MP any Invoices that require payment would be from the period before MP.

Not true, in Febuary they added the insert fee to my invoice, In March they deducted it from my funds, now in April they are doing both.

Every time I load my funds go down and my invoice goes up.

Yes Insertion Fees have been going on the Invoice (this is in the process of changing) but where is the double dip? When you make a sale via MP the FVF's are deducted immediately but Insertion Fees are not so there is no double-dip.

No the amount I owe is going up every time I load and the fee is also being deducted from my cash. I have been in managed payments, fixing my taxes everyday for many months.

On the 1st my fees go up on the statement that I owe every time I load a auction AND it is also deducted from my cash available. Not last month when they changed from my cash available. Or the month before when they added it to my invoice. Now both are happening. I have loaded 32 auctions since the 1st, my cash is down and charged $3.20 and the amount I owe is up $3.20.

Well I called them, they say I was the first to notice the error, and they will get to work on it Monday.

Anyone else notice give them a week and I bet they fix it, Chris.

tell ya a little story .started manage payments on Feb. 2nd before  that had a bill  from 15th to 15th each month .everything great ...........10 years no problems . on the 2nd 13 shipping charges from Dec and Jan that should have been on my bill. all the sudden .ding 7 times hits my  bank, overdraft and all. now they say  i  owe them money only 1.500.cool  but  now  that I've sold on manage payments 1.700 dollars .i say where's my money  they say fees. that's funny .had a monthly bill .before they forced me into ADYEN I REPEAT ADYEN  manage company not e bay new manage company..so now i went from top seller to below for dings on my account. and we all know  talking to e bay customer is like talking to kids . they don't know anything ,so i shut down my account .cause of this .

I just noticed that I was being charged a 25 cent insertion fee for each listing - fixed price or auction.  This just started two days ago.  I've got a Basic store.  250 free auction listings and 10k fixed listings are supposed to be included.  Will contact support to see what's going on.  No bill now, so it's coming right out of my payout.  Fantastic.
