Ebay seems to be running a scam to force people to promote their listings. My auction shows up on my listings as live. I look it up on search, it dont exist. Advanced search by auction number it dont exist. I end auction and relist new. Same thing. Thing is there is only one of these items showing on ebay and it is promoted. Why am I paying for this fraud outfit? Is my question

It takes a while for listings to be indexed into search. Up to 24hrs. That's not a secret.
Relisting or editing will just delay that.

I had the same question, but as was said above, it can take 24 hours for an item to show up in listings. Was it over 24 hours?
Here's a thought, list it, promote it, and see how long it takes to show up then. You can end it after it shows up.
I listed a Pyrex Visions 4 pot set on a 7 day auction. It had zero views, then when it ended unsold, it showed 1 view. I thought that was weird, but maybe no one was interested or the price was too high, who knows?
I've also had items with no views have watchers.

It always shows up right away in your active listings but it can take time to show up for others on the site.

It can take up to 24 hours for Ebay to show your listings in the searches. It has always been that way. The seller can see the listings, but those that might be searching for it can't until the site reindexes.

You will need to give us the item number and the search criteria you are using so we can replicate your issue.
There are a number of situations where eBay suppresses listings from search that are not "fraud".

Scam?
Fraud?
Why do so many people jump to the conclusion that ebay is trying to rip them off?
No scam here.
It just takes a while for your active listing to become searchable.
Mine usually take about an hour, but others have reported that it can take up to 24 hours.

OMG not everything is a "scam" or "fraud". Sometimes it is simply because you don't know why something is happening. Sometimes you just need to do some research so you better understand how things work.
