For one as an eBay seller owning my own store, I can't find a seller by state, country, or zipcode. Sellers will be allowed to use four store categories for their listing. Example if your primary specialities are just coins one can select silver coins (All Countries), Stamps (All Countries) and so, forth. Then, when the public searches they can find your services, social media, ebay store, and more.
