Attempted scam or whatever

I received a message about an item which stated, "I am interested in your item but not sure if you would ship to Germany.  If not, could I purchase it and have it shipped to a US address at a later date.  Here is my Germany address...." (with US zip code from LA included).  I checked his profile which sates he is operating out of Puerto Rico.    I felt he should be reported to Ebay but cannot find an avenue to do so.

Sounds like a legit question........he's just asking if you would ship to Germany, could be to a friend.......  don't know what German zip codes are, but could be similar to US......  If you won't, I would simply say you don't ship there, and you cannot hold up shipping until a later date........ebay requires us to ship within 1 day (or whatever your handling time is).........
