I'm trying to revise some of my active ebay listings through the seller hub bulk listing tool (via csv upload). When I submit the csv with Action=Revise, I get failures for all the listings I submitted with the error code 21916270 "Error - There is no active item matching the specified SKU|". Yet when I search my active listings for the specified SKU, it returns an active listing for each SKU I search, demonstrating that there are active items matching the specified SKUs.
Has anyone encountered this or know what might be going on?
