First time in Facebook and need to get connected to a real person from ebay who could handle a claim. We have linked ebay account to Facebook. We want to send a message. We have understood that workers in ebay who are working through Facebook, might be more professional than.....

Is that "message" button same as Messenger? When we click it, there is that small notepad with pencil. When we click it, there opens place for text. But it requires "receiver" before you can start writing. What we can put to place of "receiver". We don't know anyone real person. Is there a away to search them somewhere? Have we made something wrong?
