You cannot solicit through eBay @jackets-shop. If you want to find people to sell products for you, you have to do it outside of eBay's messaging system.
Sending messages to other sellers in attempt to get them to sell your products is a violation of eBay policy, specifically the part that references SPAM.

I'm not exactly following the question here....
Are you asking if you can have other eBay sellers sell YOUR stuff on eBay....sure...just work it out with them but don't be surprised if most of them say no or if most of them want a pretty hefty share of the sale price.

It would be a major headache at tax time for a seller especially if that seller sells their own products.
Plus if ebay asks for receipts or proof of ownership of the items you want the other seller to sell that would be a concern too.
It would be in your best interest to learn how to sell your own items. Or have a garage /yard sale.

You're already selling.
Question:Why do you need to ask someone else to sell for you? Are you trying to avoid something?

NO. You have to sell your own items. I see that you are new and it's tough selling on ebay when new and in this economy. If you email a seller , they are going to think that you are nuts or a scammer. Perhaps if you know someone locally that sells, you can ask them but of course, they need to be paid for their time and you have to pay the fees. There will probably be too little leftover for you. Plus keep in mind, that a buyer can do a chargeback up to 6 months starting the on day that the item is delivered. I doubt if any seller will agree to have this potential chargeback on an item belonging to somebody else.

No.
You can list your items and any interested party can buy them from you.
Whether they choose to sell them after the fact is none of your concern.

From a bookkeeping perspective, it would be challenging to offer another ebay seller items to sell on a consignment basis. The overall sales percentages would have to be heavily in favor of the other ebay seller as that seller would have to be responsible for all fees, operational costs to list an item, & all taxes. Plus, I'm also assuming that the other ebay seller would be shipping what sells as well.

Taxes are not an issue. Just a simple 1099 takes care of it.

It's allowed, but no seller in this right mind would do it.
Why would another seller want to list your products and be in competition with you for sales of the same merchandise?
And if you're suggesting the seller drop-ship, it would be even crazier for him to enter into such a deal. Again, he'd be in competition with you, as the supplier. Worse, he'd have no control over authenticity, quality, availability, packing, or shipping, yet he would be entirely responsible for all those things.

Even if you were to find a seller willing to sell your items, are you going to ship them to the seller from Pakistan where you and your items are located?
No smart seller would list items without having them in-hand, especially from a brand new seller in another country who uses stock images in his listings.

Just to add more in it.. as we are new seller but it doesn't means we are using stock images. we have 10000 jackets production capacity per month. as we all know ebay work like only limit few listing to new sellers. that's why I would be interested if we can have some persons to whom we can send stocks as well its never problem for us.
the basic question was is this allowed to ask to seller in ebay messages or it's against eBay policy to asking this.
