I just noticed since February I have NOT been getting the 10% credit on Final Value Fees. I am and have been a TOP-RATED SELLER so what gives on this benefit as a TOP-RATED SELLER that I am NOT giving?

1-business-day handling time and 30-day or longer free returns, if I remember right.

The criteria to receive the 10% TRS-Plus discount is correct above (1-day handling time and free returns) ... but, it is paid out separately on your statement. That is, you will not see the fee reduction when you make the sale, but as a separate TRS-Plus credit at the end of the month on your invoice under "Discounts".

The OP appears to be meeting all those criteria as their listing bear the top rated plus seal.
My suggestion is that the OP contact eBay and ask them the question.
The 10% discount on FVFs is reflected on the monthly eBay invoice that is sent to PayPal and is shown as a single line item amount for all of the prior months qualifying transactions.

Looks like you have everything on place to receive your discount. At this point all you can do is try to contact eBay.
You can send an email message to eBay. Not sure if email is working. It is hit and miss due to COVID-19.
Here is the link:
The email option is at the bottom of the link.
Or you can reach out to customer service using social media:
Social media worked for me. Got an answer and resolution to my issue fairly quickly. The CSR ended up calling me. It wouldn't hurt to leave a contact number.
Hope this helps!

Scroll down on the seller hub page to where it shows your current bill and your last paid invoice. Click on ' Account Activity '. Then on the right, select an invoice to view. The monthly invoice will show up in a separate screen and show you a break-down. There should be a separate line item that says ' top rated plus credit '.

It's a credit on your actual monthly invoice. You won't see it in the seller account list of fees and credits.

You make a good point. Someone correct me if I am wrong, do you also have to meet a threshold of $ earned or number of sales in a certain reporting period also???

Just FYI, you may want to provide the link for eBay's Facebook "seller page," rather than the Facebook page for general eBay chit-chat.

You only get the 10% for TRS plus which requires 1 day handling time, and 30 day free returns.

Thank you for suggestion and information!
I will do that in the future.

I have qualified for Top Rated seller for the past month, and at one point they took it away even though I changed nothing on my listings. I can see in my seller dashboard the benefits, and it says I have to offer 1 day handling and 30 day free returns, in most categories. I then list an item that meets all the qualifications, but it did not qualify for the benefits. No badge, and on my dashboard - 0 of your active listings qualify for benefits. I think this whole thing is just a scam. Why can't Ebay list what categories do not get benefits because it seems that none of mine make the cut. Ridiculous!

To get the TR-Plus badge, you have to offer free returns, i.e., seller pays for return shipping.
