Here is a scenario a buyer buys something from me then once they get the item claimed it broke however it is very unlikely it broke due to the packaging for example in the original package it came in prior to me selling it to current buyer?

You would send them a lable and have them ship it back to you, then refund

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
