Are there any tips on how to quickly remove Germany from my allowable European Nations?

Greetings everyone!

Besides editing one listing at a time to remove Germany from the 1st Class International & USPS Express Mail allowable countries options, are there any quick tips to remove the country from all of my listings in one bulk edit? 

Unfortunately, I need to remove Germany due to Germany's very restrictive new shipping policies on packaging type & paying an annual fee to the German government that will be beginning as of July 1, 2022.

Is your eBay account a business account? The new policy regarding shipping to Germany doesn't apply to sellers with a personal eBay account. 

You can update your exclude shipping locations in your business policies and just select Germany.

From what was explained to us by eBay, if we do not sign up on the "LUCID" registry by July 1, eBay sellers will be restricted from selling to Germany.

And I am not planning to sign up, since I have very few German sales, anyway.

No loss.
