Are the Quarterly Discounts on Promo Listing Fees for Top Rated Sellers with Basic Stores Gone?

With the new changes does anyone know if a TRS with a Basic Store still gets a $30 quarterly discount  on Promo Listing Fees? I just read an article that there is a $25 discount per quarter if you have an Anchor Store. Did I just imagine the $30 quarterly discount for Basic and Premium Stores? I can't keep up with all the changes and benefits being taken away from me!

Are the Quarterly Discounts on Promo Listing Fees for Top Rated Sellers with Basic Stores Gone?

secondary question, when do we get quarterly supply promo codes to get boxes and shipping supplies?  Feels like forever since I got one!

You answered your own question - the answer is quarterly. 12 months divided by 4 quarters equals one coupon every 3 months. In other words, the next coupon for store owners will be issued July 1st.

The $30 quarterly credit for promoted listings has nothing to do with a store, it is related to TRS status. It is still in effect.

I am an Anchor Store subscriber and/or a Top Rated Seller. Where can I find my quarterly credits?

Each quarter, Anchor Store subscribers receive a $25 credit and Top-Rated sellers receive $30. Top-Rated Sellers who are also Anchor Store subscribers receive a quarterly $55 credit. Top Rated sellers are eligible to receive the credit as long as they have the status for at least one month during that quarter.

To receive a promoted listings credit on your account, you must:

  • Be an Anchor Store subscriber or a have Top Rated status to qualify for eBay's promoted listings advertising credits.
  • Launch a promoted listings ad campaign and your item sells.
  • Pay your monthly invoice after eBay bills you for items sold via your promoted listings ad campaigns.

After that, eBay will issue your quarterly credit up to the amount used on your next monthly invoice and note any remaining promoted listings credit balance.

Example*: If you spend $15 on a promoted listings ad campaign in April and your item sells, you will be charged $15 on your May invoice and receive a $15 credit on your June invoice

*Example based on a $30 quarterly promoted listings credit for Top Rated Sellers.

Are you 100% certain that is still in effect? I've been reading all the new information and I couldn't find anything mentioning it for TR Sellers ($30 promo credits that is).
