I don't know of any rule that forbids a buyer from requesting a cancellation. Or ten. Or a thousand.

Soem do not understand what feedback is.
They think it is communication to the seller.

Yes, the buyer stated they would pay on Monday. When Monday came they asked me to cancel because they couldn't follow through. Then they left me positive FB thanking me for cancelling which when I noticed they have a habit of cancelling for plenty of sellers. It wasn't a one off thing.

Yes I suppose you're right. I think I was just stunned when I saw this was a common thing the buyer did for some reason.

At least they are "outing" themselves LOL
They may start to have issues bidding or getting offers accepted if they keep it up 🙂
