Approved seller for Vaping help.

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if someone could help me? I recently put a application in to become a approved seller for vaping products like e liquids and hardware but got rejected with no explanation provided. I run my own online store so I'm unsure why my application got rejected.

Can someone please help me out with this or point into the right direction on what I did wrong with my original application?

I believe they were limiting approval to sellers with existing  retail brick and mortar stores and they stopped allowing new applications in 2018.
