If I send offers, but some one else buys said item at the regular price, and has paid. I ship to buyer that bought item at regular price. If some one accept my offer, but payment is not made within 24 to 48 hours, I just cancel the sale and relist. Further more, I also add non payer to my BBL. I don't give second chances, because I have learned the hard way, that people that are in the ropes about buying item, they will just return it. At the end, I lose shipping fees because I offer free shipping.
