For reference:
And now today they say it can’t be overturned because it was returned to me. Only problem is , IT WASN’T.
Why is it so **bleep** hard to work with this company?
I even fired off an email to some Execs in hopes they will look into it. It’s Ludacris how this is being able to let slide.

@good-ol-steve
So sorry you are having this miserable drama. Did you by any chance get a copy of the said "police report" from CS? The last poster here that had to deal with something similar did get a copy. Guess what...it was phony as heck.
Did you happen to get some sort of odd cheap item in the mail that you didn't order recently?
May I ask to what city/state you shipped the iPad? Do not disclose any other personal information from the sale, for it is not allowed.

Here is the thread I mentioned in my above post. I also neglected to tell you that you need to get the D/confirmation number from CS (even if they won't give you the police report). Be REAL nice about it. Perhaps you need it for insurance purposes, police report, or some such better reason I can't think of at the moment.
You can use that D/Confirmation number on USPS to see where the return originated (make copies). If it shows delivery to your zipcode, (and you got nothing) you are going to want to take that info to your post office and ask them to check the GPS coordinates of the delivery location. They will likely not tell you to what address the parcel was delivered if it was not to you, but you just need them to document it was NOT delivered to you.
In the meantime.....get out the popcorn and read:

Copy, no. Called the buyers local police department to verify, yes. And it is a “legit” police report.
Nothing random in mail, but I have had that pulled in the past. Got my money back on that one thanks to usps.
Shipped to Santa Monica Ca.

The label I supplied for the return hasn’t moved at all. So unless there’s another tracking number I’m not aware of, the return package wasn’t returned.

Buyers are not required to use the label you provided. Call and see if you can get the tracking number used (to decide the case against you).

Hi Ludacris, eBay received a not-your-return-label tracking number, which cannot be shared with you, showing that your item was delivered back to you.
