I was wondering with the new protection for top rated sellers, can you appeal an item not described ding on your service metrics?
Sold an item for parts and the buyer claimed snad. Buyer admitted on messages that she didn't read description or look at pics.

Its really difficult to understand the whole scope of things, when its NOT you being
penalized. I am guilty of the same, not understanding that sometimes,
a bunch of weird **bleep** happens at NO fault of the seller.
Customer service seems to just be handing out patronizing answers only because
good service starts at the top. If the manager doesn't care, the staff doesn't care.
AS Sellers we can only do the right thing so that we can sleep at night and have a clear conscience .

Geez, I would Post in at least 3 different places

In the title. in item specifics
and then 3 more times in the description at the top middle and bottom.
