Anyone using Save time with new smart Promoted Listings Advanced campaigns?

What are the average fees for your items? Trying to see if its worth it for us. We have the promoted listing and the traffic listings impression are crap and have been for over a year now.

 I find my listings off eBay without doing that promotion. They usually come up in a Google search.
