Anyone having trouble with "Add recommended item specifics"

I am having trouble opening "Add recommended item specifics" It just keeps spinning. Already called Technical dept and they are looking into it.?

Yep, same situation here on all devices and different browsers.  I even get the ole "It's not you it's us" screen.

Just seconds after I posted in this thread I was able to get "Add recommended Item specifics"  to load up.  So, maybe it's fixed now?
