I dont mind if they let me know, but they order something and I end up having to hold the item for days and then no purchase. I have had like 10 this past month

Perhaps you should try messaging these buyers to see if they are having any issues paying or if they need a little more time. Sometimes a little communication can help rather than just jumping to a unpaid item claim which just end up with credits for final values and listing fee's.

Not to speak for others but in all of the incidents I cited in the thread I tried to contact buyers - very calm and professionally. They simply do not respond and do not pay. I also had one request a cancellation of a purchase they made - I allowed it without objection. I know people change their minds, it's the lack of communications that is troubling.
