Anyone having a large increase in non-paying buyers recently?

Has anyone had a large increase in non-paying buyers recently? Granted, I don't sell a lot, but since I'm between jobs, it's helping me keep going. Since January, been having a lot more non payers than usual. I'm probably getting close to having more nonpayers in the first month and a half of 2018 than I did all last year!

It's very simple to get rid of non payers just list your items BIN with IPR.

I have not had a single non payer in over a decade because I only list items BIN with IPR on this venue.
