I tried to verify my account on September 14th of this year. There was and still is a blue banner on my account which says that my information is being reviewed.
I found it was taking a long time so I reached out after a week and was told to resubmit the documents but the information was not reviewed and as the blue banner was still there a week later I reached out again, and was asked to resubmit the information again but use a different form of ID, so I uploaded my passport. So far I've uploaded my ID and passport.
There was no response for a little over a week so I reached out again. The agent said after reviewing the account, the ID was verified but the blue banner was still there because I had to submit a bank statement so I uploaded the bank statement on the 13th of October but the blue banner is still across the account.
So I reached out again but then another agent told me that my ID was not verified yet nor my bank statement so they sent me a link to resubmit the documents but the link doesn't allow me to upload a new document It just tells me thank you, we're reviewing your submitted information.
So I've been trying to do so for a month now but with no real progress and was wondering if anyone went through the same thing.. and if there's anything I can do to expedite the process?

There is a specific process that has to happen to get your account set up.
Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
Come back and let us know what documents you have given Ebay now and did you give them your full SSN?

Same problem - endless loop of identity verification requests. Upload IDs and bank statements with matching addresses, etc. App always says verification in progress, well review in 4 business days. It’s been months. Call in and the representatives can’t fix it. Very frustrating since I’ve had this account 20+ years and have sold in the past.
The lone response above is useless.
