When I print my shipping labels, I always include a message to the buyer. I would like to see what that looks like from the buyer side - what it looks like in the eBay Order Update (tracking email) received by the buyer.

I have checked all of the Order Update messages I have recently received from my eBay purchases and don't have a seller message in any of them.

Does anyone have a screenshot?

Maybe most sellers can't be bothered adding one?

I always do and I'd hate to think we do that then ebay just ignores it.

I don’t even open mine. It gets moved to a folder without being read.

Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.

Thank you very much for the screenshot. Is there a personal Message from the Seller underneath the lower black box in your screenshot? I ask because your Order Update looks just like all of my Order Updates - and none of mine had personal messages. In mine, in the same area masked by the lower black box area on your screenshot, is the Total, Order Number, Item ID and Seller Name. There are no personal messages from the Seller.

Does anyone have a screenshot of an Order Update that contains a personal Message from the Seller? Thanks!
