My listings simply will not go live. Bank account is linked. I have an account in good standing, no strikes against me or anything. Been on eBay for years but since managed payments went live, I can't get a listing to go up. I have talked to customer support dozens of times and they tell me there is a "blockage" on my account that has nothing to do with me. I have been told more than once that it is an eBay issue. I get promised that it will be fixed in 24 hours but of course it isn't. Anyone else having an issue like this? Are they just firing small sellers now?
