even though your listing clearly showed pictures of the box and any damage. To make things worse, the authenticators sent my shoes returned and the lid on the box was missing. I appealed the decision immediately hoping to at least get my shipping fees back and they stated I would receive an answer within 48 hours but I have heard nothing back and it has been 10 days. Then when I received the shoes back in a huge box, with no packing and a missing box lid (which is kind of key to have when selling higher priced shoes and I have yet to hear anything about this either and it has been 8 days since I complained about this. Very disappointed with eBay on this and not addressing this and taking responsibility. I've been an eBayer for almost 23 years and this is frustrating.

Definitely not cool of them for the lack of packing material. I can only imagine how many of the shoes pass the authentication process, then are packed poorly & sent to the customer, & then arrive damaged or with a missing shoe box cover. 😡

I would definitely contact Ebay on Facebook. Go to FACEBOOK , click Ebay and then click messages. Explain what happened. Send the photos. If you have an ID of the person that you dealt with , give it to Ebay. The Ebay staff on Facebook is very knowledgeable. Don't worry, none of your friends or family will know that you have contacted Ebay via Facebook.

similar thing just happened to me. got a failed authentication because they said there were “holes in the box”. i know the box was in perfect condition when i sent it. and now the buyer left negative feedback saying i tried to sell fake yeezys. and i thought stock x was bad at authenticating

I would immediately call ebay and ask them to remove that negative since the item was real but the box had holes in it. That is an unjust negative. Make sure that you block that buyer.
