I have had problems with fraud buyers 3 times in the past couple of months. I have filed complaints thru the electronic file and I HAVE GOTTEN ABOLUTLEY NO HELP OR RESPONSE.. I've been fighting it by myself. Ebay has been absolutley NO HELP AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES YOU SEND. Even when doing a partial refund ebay still says to refund the buyer even tho the partial refund was made. Can someone help or has had the same problem. Thank you.

Only problem I'm having is the moderators on this board are out of their minds. They make Facebook look like the wild west.

eBay CS has always been pretty bad. Occasionally I'll speak to someone awesome, but it's rare and ever since COVID hit it's been AWFUL.

I have had great CS from eBay for years. I considered them the best for a long time.
today I called the main number and got a thirty second recording telling me to go back online before it hung up on me.
there is no more “have someone call me”
there is no more “call us”
human contact has been completely cut off. It’s pathetic, there is no excuse for it, and it will hurt the entire platform.
