Good Morning. I hope everyone is safe and doing well.
I have had a few buyers over the last several days say they got my offers (offer to watchers) but when they go through to purchase, they are not able to purchase it at the offer price. Is anyone else having this issue?
Thank You in advance!!

Yes, it's happened to me a few times. In each case, I just lowered the price on the listing to the offered price. You run the risk of someone else buying it, I suppose, if the buyer isn't keeping an eye out, but it's worked out for me that way. I suppose you could do a revised listing and change the price and the title to "Sale for (buyer's ID)", which I've done a few times also, and let them know what the new title is so they can find it with the correct price.

If your willing to give offers through solicitation why not just lower the price and let hundreds see the lower price instead of just a few.

Yes, It looks to me that the buyers that have problems are not logged into ebay.com I sell many items to international customers and they have been having problems.

I've done that, did it last night when an offer I had sent out expired before the buyer could make his move.

Is it possible that the buyer is in an area to which you do not ship? I think this question was raised in a Weekly Chat recently, and the answer was that it shouldn't happen, but maybe it did through some odd combination of circumstances.
