It's funny but every time subject this comes up on the boards the doubters come up with many reasons why the stamps may be legit, but this one is too much:
Item #126677651407, lot of 2000 forever stamps face value $1460.00 being offered for $198.88 with free shipping from a 0 feedback seller who joined this Month
Don't know how long the listing has been up but looks like they've sold 18 with more available
If you still have doubts about fake stamps say hello to Santa when you see him this holiday season

If you purchase, be sure to try and validate the authenticity of any stamps in time to take advantage of the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Counterfeit Stamps – United States Postal Inspection Service (uspis.gov)
(The information was a little over a year old when I checked this site)

No need to call out doubters. You are asking for an opinion about counterfeit stamps. If you as an expert in stamps feel that the stamps are counterfeit then so be it. The advice would be don't buy anything which you feel are counterfeit and report the ad to Ebay. Calling helpers out because of opinion will get you nowhere.

Not trying to "call out doubters", just trying to insert some common sense into this subject that comes up from time to time on these boards and I have a thing about all the fake coins, stamps, etc on the market
OK, so it's just my opinion but anyone offering $1460 worth worth of stamps for $198, new user, 0 FB, indicates to me that the product is fake and I don't feel I need to be an expert in stamps to realize this
And no I won't be buying any of these so I won't need to "validate" them, just happened to see the listing on the home page

Either fake or stolen.

Hopefully will get pulled quickly

Good point, never thought of that. You would think that any thieves with a bunch of this stuff would try to get more money, maybe 1/2 price or so but free money is free money and many thieves are not the smartest critters on the planet anyway

The cheaper they price it, the faster they can move it.
Since that is a new seller, they might not see much if any of that money.

Could you look into this?
These counterfeits are being sold all over, not only on eBay.
I see Canadian fakes offered on my FaceBook account constantly.
As a stamp dealer who occasionally offers discounted packages of mint postage, this criminality hurts my business.
And eBay's reputation.

Don't see the need to validate as you are obviously a reasonable person, but trying to "insert common sense" could create problems - Anything that portrays negligence, poor management, declining status, or anything that might be considered in the least derogatory towards the company tends to raise the hackles of the watch dogs here...
Here's the USPS take on the subject - It will be hard for anyone to argue against your stance after reading it:
"The number of counterfeit stamps being sold from online platforms has escalated. Scammers peddle fake stamps on social media marketplaces, e-commerce sites via third party vendors, and other websites. Counterfeit stamps are often sold in bulk quantities at a significant discount–anywhere from 20 to 50 percent of their face value. That’s a tell-tale sign they’re bogus.
Purchasing stamps from a third-party wholesaler or online websites can be unpredictable. You have no way to verify whether they are genuine or not. The Postal Inspection Service recommends purchasing from "Approved Postal Providers". Approved vendors can include legitimate “big box” or warehouse retailers who do provide very small discounts on postage stamps, but this is through resale agreements with the Postal Service."
USPS is fighting back against counterfeit postage. With new changes to the Domestic Mail Manual, items mailed with counterfeit postage will be considered abandoned and are subject to being opened and disposed of at the Postal Service's discretion. Make sure your postage is legitimate and always purchase from USPS or an authorized retailer."

I see them all over facebook marketplace too. Makes me wonder if any ever get caught with these.
There is a poster here on the boards that regularly states they don't use ebay shipping because they use stamps they buy online at a fraction of the face value.

Listing has disappeared, good job ebay!!!

I think there is confusion when people post to these threads.
Someone says "if the postage is discounted it's clearly a fake"
Someone else (probably a stamp seller) chimes in that they sell legitimate discounted stamps. What they don't make clear is that they are selling bulk lots of usually low denomination stamps for which there is little if any collectible value. People can use these LEGIT stamps on Letters/packages but they have to plaster a big bunch of stamps to come up with the appropriate value (remember that old USPS postage is valid for their face value forever). You can usually buy these lots for 30 - 40% off face value.

If that's the poster I'm thinking of, they purchase old, uncancelled postage stamps that stamp dealers are often surplusing out at a discount - nothing like the ridiculous "bargain" OP's seller is offering.

We are probably thinking of the same person. I do believe he also mentioned buying forever stamps, so I asked him once how he knew whether or not they were real. I don't recall him responding to me, but I may have missed it.
