Anybody having problems to list? I cannot update my information.. it goes on a loop

I have been on ebay for 20 years and I am not being able to list, as I have to update payment information... I can't as the site keeps asking me to verify myself when I try to update. I verify myself and then I get back to the same place... it seems they can't figure themselves what is causing this. I am just curious if anybody else is having the same problem....

I do not have this issue. But try going into an incognito window and see if that helps. I notice every now and then it wont let me list anything so I have to open up a private tab and it works.
