Just checked daily impressions generated by my promoted listings on my main account. Everything just started to shutdown yesterday as if I had placed my store into vacation mode (did check and the store is not in vacation mode). Today there is no impression activity or clicks. Anybody else seeing this? What the heck is going on?

YES! Just checked earlier and it says ZERO! Something isn't right... Yesterday the impressions were way down so maybe the dashboard stopped working sometime yesterday. Yours looks similar. Was going to call eBay about this as I thought that someone shut off my store!! Hopefully they will fix it soon.

My graph looks just like yours. Zero impressions, zero clicks and indicates zero sales, however, I did have a sale today via promoted listings.

Sorry to hear that you are seeing the same. I just spoke with customer service. Rep acknowledged the problem and then 'reset' my store. Not sure what that means. Or what that does. Been selling on ebay since 2006 and have never needed a 'reset'. Fingers crossed that the doors to the store are flung open during the process.

Wonderful to hear that a sale snuck through for you. Maybe the reporting system is just messed up. Perhaps there is hope. Thanks for the info!

We had two sales....one of those was a two item purchase using the offer we have going on this week. It must be the reporting that is messed up.

Yes, I think the reporting system is experiencing a "glitch".

Please let us know if we need to report the issue. I think it started sometime yesterday as the impressions were way down....then today they are still at ZERO!

Bummer. Moving in the wrong direction. As I mentioned, customer service gave my store a 'reset' this morning. So far the 'reset' has done anything. Guessing that is something customer service tells you to get you to go away.

Hi @mcdougle4248, I'm not aware of an issue with Promoted Listing impressions. It does look like it may not be working properly though, so I'll go ahead and get this reported. Thanks!
