I see you can do it on the PRICE of items, but not the shipping cost. With the inevitable postal and courier rate increases in the new year, this would be helpful. I have no idea how someone with thousands of listings would manage otherwise.

There are 2 different answers depending on how you have shipping configured.
If you use weight and ZIP code the new rates will automatically adjust when the date comes around.
If you use a preset flat shipping amount then go to your items listed page. I would suggest you do about 50 at a time. I have found that if you try to do too many at once then it tends to crash.
You can then use the bulk edit program to change them all at once.

But raising everything by the same percentage wouldn't address the postage increases effectively since they don't go up by a fixed percentage. For instance, the postage price for FIrst Class packages up to 4 ounces is going up 2% but for 15 ounces the increase is 15%. For a Medium FRB, the increase will be 3.6%. This is why setting up a listing with calculated shipping makes sense even for non-zoned services.

It appears you'll have to revise your listings individually because:
You're in Canada. USPS rate increases don't apply. Exchange rates can also change.

I disagree in that "the new rates will automatically adjust" I trust that isn't meant to imply our/your/all sellers eBay listings will change automatically. No one knows the zip codes of any future bidders/buyers.
While free shipping won't change, the sellers cost to sell will increase.

Listings that are set up with calculated shipping will immediately use the new rates when they calculate postage.
