Ebay doesn't seem to show discount amount in the CSV and the discount can not be calculated. So while I am able to know if customer purchased a promoted listing, I am not able to tell if the customer purchased an item on a discount and how much that discount was - either as my regular store discount offer or a one-off discount I offer to buyer when I send an offer manually.
In either case, the CSV does not show the amount of discount provided to buyer, it simply shows the result price.
Is there a way to get this information? Etsy and Reverb provide this, it's helpful to have it to see things side by side.
