Help. Does anyone know what brand this is? RN number is 66170 and CA 3205

When I googled that RN number it came up with above which is Anthropologie,

Here are some current eBay listings for the same top. Look at the content and care tag, flip it over and see what's printed on the back. It should say manufactured for Anthropologie.
