Another weird INR case

There never seems to be a shortage of new stories when you think you've heard them all.

A buyer wrote me a rather lengthy message then filed INR but tracking says delivered. He said he checked with neighbors and nothing. I pasted my usual response giving him all the tips to locate... family, landlord, mail carrier, PO with GPS, etc.

He responds a week later saying that he just realized his building he lives in was doing major construction and they removed all of the mailboxes and relocated them to the basement. And that's where he found the package.

I wonder, wouldn't his neighbors would have told him this? And I guess this guy only gets mail once a week.

Yeah. Forget the parcel, the first thing I'd be saying is "where the bleep is my mailbox?"

Apparently, some people are just behind the times and a bit slow.

Apparently they must come into their complex or building with they eyes and ears closed too.  How in the world would you not know that construction was not going on.  Even if you only consider the previous notices management must have sent out in advance of something as important as moving the mail boxes.
