I understand Selling Manager Pro has extra options for leaving feedback, but I am not subscribed to Selling Manager Pro. I don't know if it will be helpful if you have Selling Manager Pro.
I went to orders, selected a number of orders, and clicked the leave feedback button.
eBay left feedback for each selected order, with a rather generic comment:
“Great Buyer. Great communication. Thanks for the business.”
Fast, convenient. That’s Awesome. But I wasn't given a chance to enter my own comment(s).
Sometimes I want to leave a personalized comment, for example after several messages with buyer, or if they already left me a personalized comment in feedback. To do this I go to the Leave Feedback page, enter the personalized comments, then I can always go to the Orders page to quickly leave the standard comment for other buyers.
I've been to the Leave Feedback page before, but wasn’t sure how to navigate to it again. Here’s how:
Click the feedback score next to your username.
This takes you to the Feedback profile page. There are "bread crumbs" at the top of the page:
Home > Community > Feedback forum > Feedback profile
Click Feedback forum
From the Feedback forum page you can click Leave Feedback (on the right)
This is the Leave Feedback page, you can enter personalized comments for buyers, but you can only leave feedback for one order at a time. You can also leave feedback for sellers.
That's it. I hope it helps someone. Sorry to admit it took me quite awhile to find the Leave Feeback page again, so though I should share.
