You’re probably supposed to voice your satisfaction just by speaking out loud at that moment.

They probably send this email to ebayers when they know they didn’t provide good customer service.

Maybe the dumbest response to an online posting on eBay in over 23 years. If i provided low customer service than why do I have 100% positive feedback?

I think Iamalwaysright was saying:

 

"They probably send this email to ebayers when they [eBay] know they didn’t provide good customer service." (When eBay knows they didn't provide good customer service, they send a survey form that can't be filled in and sent.)

@fivetoner  I think the reply from iamalwaysright  was a dig at ebay's customer service, not yours. I get these emails too, and it is already irritating that you have a problem, then they waste your time and don't solve anything, then they say they want your opinion, but make sure you can't express it.

Don't even take the time to read them.

 

They don't care about your input.

 

That is why eBay is now dropped to the #3 spot behind Amazon and Shopify.

 

They have lost millions of sellers and buyers.

 

eBay's CEO does not want "low value" buyers and sellers on here in his own words.
