Every few days a see a new post talking about how slow sales are.
My sales are down a little but i'm not too worried about it. Sales seem to come in spurts.
I was just wondering if some of you would be willing to share your sales stats? I'm only interested in how many listings you have and how many sales per day.
I'll gladly share mine.
270 listings ... I average about 2-3 sales per day ... sometimes 0 ... sometimes 10+

I just started on here and slowly growing in items .. However I don't think your the only one. It seems a lot of people are getting slow sales on different sights as of lately.

I took the month of Feb. off. I only have 22 listings, but NOTHING has sold in the past 2 weeks. I am going to take another week off, but will leave my listings up and change to 5 day handling. We'll see if that helps.

Wow! Its been forever since I've sold here in the 00's-12. Sales have gotten that bad? I got out years ago and moved my inventory to another venue and can consistently move about 80-120 things a day off of anywhere between 700-1200 listings. As long as I keep adding inventory, my sales don't fluctuate. I can't believe Ebay has sank this much. I only use Ebay to buy, but in the last year or so its been so bad I'm not sure I will be doing that anymore either. Such a drastic decrease in fresh inventory. Years of running off sellers has taken its toll. I only use Ebay for certain things I can't find other places, but its been a futile attempt for awhile.

I don't really count my sales day by day unless its 0. I usually have somewhere between 600-800 listings up with a premium store subscription. So far this month I've had 58 sales. According to seller hub I am down 25.4% for the same time last year.

I relist 10 listings every day.
In the month of March, I sold 3 items, all on March 11, to buyers located in San Jose, CA, Kissimmee, Fl and Virginia Bch, VA.
I currently have 266 listings active, mostly fixed price, with a Basic store.

Mine are great and there are 29 bids on a vase I was going to donate to Goodwill.
I don't think I will understand in another fifteen years what makes a bidding war over something I thought was trash.

Opps forgot - I guess I average about 5 to 7 sales a week . In fact I plan to retire on the 8.50 in sales I made today.

To weschurch. Yes! we've been on here 20 years and now it's no better then the Ranch site. It really has sunk low low low. it's kind of hard to let go after 20 years.

I currently have around 330 listings total (30 I put up yesterday and some need to be relisted), and average around 5 or 6 sales a day. Not enough to cut the bills for sure. My goal is like 15 to 20 sales a day, a number I got pretty close to back in 2015 when I had over 650 listings.
While my sales aren't spectacular, I've noticed people are buying higher priced items. For instance, I've had days where the sales totaled close to $100 recently for just a few items being sold.
Being I left my job back in late December due to the toxic work environment I was subjected too, ebay is all the income I have left. Though, I had a few thousand in the bank at the time, its now run out entirely. I did put some money into getting new inventory and supplies to sell here again though.
I'm going to be listing an additional $2,000 of inventory throughout the rest of this month. Coupled with the over $3,000 of inventory I already have for sale, I should be able to make my business work. I'm keeping my fingers crossed in hopes it will.
Thank god I have good credit! Its saving me right now. I can fall back on my credit cards if I really have too. Since I loaded up on shipping supplies, I wont have to buy any printer ink, mailers, etc, for several months at least.
It seems you really do have to list constantly in order to really make a living here.

I average between 600 to 800 listings in a premium store, pretty much all collectibles. According to seller hub, my sales are down 19.6% from a year ago.

I don't get any sales "per day". Got about 1,000 items running across 4 accounts at the moment, 200 were just listed, have sold 10 items total for March.
No store on any accounts. No need, they give plenty of free listings. Not cost effective to pay listing fees!
Sales come in drips...a couple in a short period of time one day, and then nothing for several days.

Yea, this place dumped abruptly in 2007/08 and never recovered since the change to pushing new stuff.
Use to make a full-time living prior to that. Essentially nothing now.

I too have noticed that higher-priced things sell better. People with money don't hesitate to buy?
Thought about just tripling all prices and see what happens!
