Although it really has nothing to do with selling on eBay, so it might get moved to a more appropriate board.
Well now it comes to the civil case which is going to cost eBay a lot of money..
Best to try and settle out of court for ebay on this mess.
It will be interesting to see if we ever hear about how this goes...
The usual first step in such cases is to try to settle out of court, but this case is sufficiently bizarre that I suspect they'll decline the offer and take it to trial.
Sounds like a Class Action settlement will be a-comin' on this one.
Be sure to sign onto it, when it comes to that...as EVERY TIME you type something that the "Ebay Powers That Be" do not "like"? and try to silence you as well...then you too have a case.
I feel it is pertinent to anyone who uses ebay. This is how their officials treat people who make comments they do not like. Maybe they were fired, but some did represent the company at higher levels. Pretty sad.
