Check your settings and see how many days you have it set to.

Sometimes it defaults back to 32 days.

Everything is correct, I just had someone pay for a item that sold over 2 weeks ago.  I had to cancel it and eat 3 $ fee....

They paid. So you can't open an unpaid item case...and why refund it?

Case should have been opened and closed in 1 week.  They paid 2 weeks after item sold.  By this time I already reposted it.

Because they paid and you cancelled, they can leave grumpy feedback.

 I would have just shipped

After 2 weeks I didnt think they would have payed, so I relisted it.  It then sold again few days after relisting.
