(At first i got my times wrong and thought the buyer opened a return case BEFORE he even received the item, but i was wrong. He did receive the item first, then opened a return case.)
ITEM: Japanese SHINKANSEN bullet train pen (blue) with flashing LED lights
REASON: Doesn't match description or photos
COMMENTS: This item says rainbow light and could be COUNTERFEIT. I want my money back.
When the item was in transit being shipped back to me, i asked the buyer what was wrong with the item. No reply.
I received the returned item yesterday. It's the exact same item in the listing. Not like this is a homemade item or clothing or jewelry. This is a mass produced item in it's original packaging. How can it not match description or photos? I even opened it up and tested it. The pen writes and the LEDs flash. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
It's now time for me to refund the buyer but i sure would like some kind of explanation first. Can ebay demand or even ask the seller for a specific reason for the return. I have until 11-4-19 to refund the buyer. I guess after that ebay will do it for me.
