Annoying Pop-up Ads from Capital One Shopping

Am I the only one who is going crazy with the swinging pop-ups for 1% cash-back from Capital One Shopping?  x for closing it is so tiny and it's swinging back and forth, so nearly impossible to close it.  Then it just pops up again when you change pages.  Have looked everywhere to find a way to shut it down completely, and not see it again...EVER!  But have not had any luck.  Any suggestions?

Never seen a Capitol One pop-up, or any Ad popup on eBay.

However, I use an adblocker, so that could be why.  If you aren't using an Adblocker extension on your web browser, I'd strongly encourage installing one.  uBlock Origin or Adblock Plus are the top ones right now.

You may also want to consider running a malware scan on your device as well, as this is another common reason why a person may see excessive (or inappropriate) ads.

Thanks for great advice. I installed ad blocker Plus and it definitely took care of the problem
