I see I already have miscalculated this month's allotment of listings and have to cancel listings everyday now until the end of the month to avoid fees. How does this help my items be more visible in Google searches ? You cant find it if its not listed. I have a new plan. every time I have to cancel because I am out of listing credits, I am donating that item. I am not up to this game eBay. Less inventory is what you want from me, I get it. Small sellers are of no interest to eBay

It sounds like you are listing more listings than you have free insertions? eBay has some new tools in the seller hub to help you manage your listings. It might be worth looking at that area. Also a review of the 2019 spring seller update has some info in this area as well.
When you use free listing promotions a good way to use them is to clear out slow moving merchandise at prices guaranteed to sell.
Good Luck Selling!

One could open a store at a level which provides just enough free listings for one's needs. Of course if one is listing things that don't sell--suggested by the need to manually end listings every day--then no level of eBay store will be useful, and one might as well just donate all the stuff and amuse oneself in other ways.

Hello, not trying to be a wise guy or burst any bubbles here. Any of your listings that sell for $2.71 + 7.35 shipping will net you $1.46 at best. If you have to ship to AK or HI, you will almost certainly lose money. A return for any reason will kill any chance of any profit on your next two or three sales. If you don't pay attention and end up paying for a relist fee, your margin will be very close to $1. How do you do this?
