I was wondering if anyone knows how many listings are included with the Anchor Store $299 monthly subscription for sports cards in particular? So how many fixed price listings are included without having to pay additional insertion fees at the anchor store level? Thanks.

Did you check the policies for the information. Ebay has a policy for just about everything. When I'm looking for a policy, I typically Google it as I find it so much easier than searching the polices from the site. It really is easy. Just info for future reference as you have already been given the link to the information you seek.
Anchor stores are quite expensive. Do you really have enough inventory every month to support such a store. From what I see, you would need to run about 10,000++ listings every single month. Is that your goal?

Don't forget about the 10,000 free listings you get in certain categories for even the basic store. For some reason when I look at the fee chart I can't easily see which categories are included, but I'm sure someone else can find that.

The linked pages provided above are summaries and don't give the details that you need about free insertions in selected categories. I think this is the page you need:

In particular, this section:
And the linked list of the "Select categories" for fixed price listings starts with your category of interest:
In summary, if you subscribed to an Anchor store you could have 100,000 fixed price sports card listings with no insertion fees. How many cards do you want to list? What is your listing limit? Perhaps a lower level would be sufficient? You can see your listing limits here:
