I knew it .... I knew it ....I knew it. I came on here awhile ago talking about diet pills people were selling that were fakes. One seller showed photo's of the true product and even cut down the people that were selling fakes. He had 30 auctions going on all ending at the same time... a total of 180 bottles ... all sold. Only two people got to give feedback because he is now non registered user ... from Hungry. The negative feedback said the product was never sent. Sooooo obviously he was a scammer as I thought he was. Just had to give an update

What diet pill isn't fake?
04-21-2022 10:37 PM
What I'm talking about is a diet pill called Exipure which is Only sold by the company that made/manufactures them. The fakes don't even have the same ingredients but the sellers make you think they are the real thing.

Even if not fake I believe you cannot sell them here. It would seem logical you can report ALL sellers selling them weather fake or not. Go for it !!!!

180 refunds from the e-Bay wallet. Boy, that sounds like fun!

I asked about that when I last wrote about this and nobody said they weren't supposed to be sold on here. In act they are still being sold on eBay. Check it out ..

No it's not 180 refunds. It was 30 auctions that included a total of 180 bottles of the stuff. In other words ... some auctions had 2 bottles, some had five, etc. And I can't feel sorry for eBay having to give refunds after I tried to warn eBay. And the fakes are still being sold on here.

Report them. It sounds like you have plenty of time on your hands.

How? Tell me ... how do I report them? No body told me how the last time I was concerned about this too.

On every listing, right hand side, partially down the page but before you get into the seller-provided data, is a link to "Report this listing". Click it and it will walk you thru the process. Do this for each/every fake diet pill you believe should not be sold here.
Note: eBay will investigate the listings reported and if they are in violation, they will be taken down and proper steps taken with the seller. If they are NOT in violation, and you're reporting a lot of the, eBay will investigate your listings as well. They do this so that competitors cannot report listings to make their own products one of the few left standing.
Good Luck to you.

Thanks ... that's going to take a lot of effort, and I wonder if eBay will actually investigate how the ingredients are different in the fakes, and even the photo is a tad different on the bottle ... and will they read on the companies site that the company says they are the only one that sells them. Ok so some sellers who have a correct photo and ingredients on the bottle (that they stole like the guy I originally told you about from Hungry) will probably claim they bought them from the company and are now selling them on eBay ... but that doesn't make sense when the pills cost sooooo much from the company and then they are sold for less on eBay. When I have the time ... I might try doing all those reports.

The report would be best made to the company.
They can then tell eBay to pull them and join VeRO.

You can report from the listing itself and choose from the drop down menu "how" that listing violates e-Bay policy.

If the seller's funds were being held, the refunds did not come from the eBay wallet.
