An FYI on sponsored listings for sellers

Was looking at a specific product and, of course, got lines of sponsored items.

Every single one stated price + shipping. I checked several and they were many that were Free Shipping.

If you could take some screen shots.......we can report it to some of the mods to try to get that fixed.......just the shots of the search wherein it shows the shipping  prices.......  they can follow the links to see the individual listings.......

I think you can check many things and fine it's the same.

I tried something different

Search for Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 Upright Vacuum | Yellow | Certified Refurbished

In the listings screen, Free shows up but not the same item when in Sponsored

Technically, it's not incorrect but when shopping, it makes a difference.

This is probably a better notice for buyers since it's not possible to use Sponsored when price comparing.

     I am a bit confused by your post. Was the list of items in line with what you were searching for or just a bunch of random promoted listings? For those that had the price + shipping listed and/or free shipping what is the concern or issue? What were the parameters of your search?

I know I need more coffee........that's always a given at this time of the morning......so forgive me for not understanding.....I used that search, checked 6 or more listings that said free shipping and never came across one that required a shipping payment........

Blame it on the coffee........my statements were not about sponsored listings........none showed when I looked.

In the sponsored listings that show up under a listing that you've opened, none ever state Free Shipping, even when it is. They all just show "Price + shipping" making it look like there is a shipping cost.

@dhbookds  I see you are using FireFox - I tested in both Chrome and FireFox and see free shipping in Chrome, but + shipping in FireFox.
