Am unable to rearrange listing photos in the website from my ipad. Am I doing something wrong?

I tap them, they highlight, but they don’t drag. I have the pencil version of the ipad and have tried with and without the pencil but they just don’t drag. I suspect I’m doing something wrong as it should be simple, yes? Because I’m having to upload photos via the website until they fix the app photo problem, I would love to be able to rearrange them once uploaded. Help is appreciated.

I tried listing from my tablet once, just to see what it was like.  BIG MISTAKE.  Not doing that twice.  The listing form was worse than the "real" one, and you could only arrange photos by uploading one at time, in the order in which you wanted them to post.   Annoying is a good word for it. This was from a Samsung Galaxy.  I'd imagine phones have the same problem.

I’m on ipad. Good to know its not just me. Thank you! I have a pencil and it just highlights the photo and when I move it, all the text around it highlights lol. Goofy. Fingers? I get a weird pop up box that gives me options to do everything except move it.
