I had two auctions close yesterday using the BIN option.
Both of these bidders created accounts on the day they won (so, obviously zero feedback).
Both of them paid via paypal immediately.
One package is going to Puerto Ric and the other to Miami, FL (not sure why this info matters, but just throwin it out there)
Coincidence that this happened? Nothing to worry about?
Not incredibly expensive items ($50 and $100 respectively).
Any thoughts?

Whats the coincidence? That two newbie buyers bought from you on the same day and paid immediately?

yes.
i know it's probably weird to be concerned since they paid. i get that.
that's why i was looking for feedback...thanks for your help.

As long as the payments cleared and you log in to Paypal to see it says "OK to ship", I'm not sure why you would suspect any problem.
It can be a bit bothersome to see a brand new person is buying from you, but keep in mind it's just as likely and perhaps even more likely that someone with 1,000 positive feedback could just as likely scam you if they were experienced enough at it.
Anyhow, yes, I would say paranoid if you have nothing else to go on but the account creation dates.

I sell a lot of sports memorabilia on my husband's old account, and it is not unusual to have a zero feedback buyer - never had a problem with a zero feedback buyer. Not quite as common on this collectibles account.

Feedback is pretty useless as an indicator of buyer honesty. All they can get is postive feedback or none. Sometimee you can view their feedback left for others. A new ID is not necessarily an new user. We all can have as many ID's as we want.

I think he meant feedback as in advice, not feedback as in feedback.

Those could also be buyers who are purchasing as Guests without setting up an eBay account. Especially if the user ID is long and nonsensical.

As long as the money is in your Paypal, you ship the items out to those buyers. I've shipped items to Florida and P.R. before with no problems at all.
If the buyer's didn't give you problems, there is no need to be paranoid in the first place.

I totally understand. New buyers can equal apprehension. I think you are just trying to be proactive~trying to catch a potential issue before it occurs.
But it comes across as paranoia to you. While many newbie transactions go well, there is and can be a greater possibility of issues simply because the buyer does not know how things work here.
But take a deep breath, check to be sure you were paid, ship to the Paypal address, and smile when you get positive feedback!

BFULLER..
I can understand why you are concerned. Seller protection is not very good on Ebay. There ARE bad buyers who do show up, now and then But there is not much you can do about it--other than makiing sure that you include On-Line Tracking on all the packages that you ship out.
