Am I getting accurate shipping cost data under performance?

I am accounting for my sales and fees through the e-Bay performance under seller hub tab. I noticed that I shipped a large item via UPS and it cost $60+ to ship. This was delivered April 18th and I have yet to see that expense show up in this performance data. Any ideas what is happening here?

UPS labels generally aren't charged until the month after delivery. UPS waits on the bill because they verify package size/weight along the way and there can be any number of surcharges added from fuel to residential delivery to address correction and more.

Did you purchase that label on ebay?

What dates are set when you are looking at Performance?

How do you know it was left out and only that was left out?
