I used to sell a lot on eBay, and then stopped for a time because I was to busy with work and family. A few years ago, I started doing gig work (Doordash, Grubhub, and the like). The last few months, I've been trying to figure out other ways to make money, especially something I can do from home. I started back up with eBay, mainly because I saw that there were the 250 free listings.
Am I doing something wrong? I've only have 2 views and no bids, but over 400 impressions. Are my prices off? Do I need to adjust shipping costs? I know I don't have that many items up, but I'm still getting myself reacclimated to doing eBay again.

Hi bro!
First of all, i am very happy that you are back to sell on eBay
I also came back after a 1 year of break of selling online
The best tip i can give you is to use "Terapeak product Research", its a powerful eBay product tool that gives you details about the market, prices and competition.
you can use this info and see what you are not doing good, for example, if most of the sellers of your item are selling the item at price range of 100$-200$ and you selling for 500$
you can see clearly that there is something wrong here.
thats just a small example, you can get much more info over there, it help me a lot!
Hope you found this helpful and sorry for my poor english

The point of my post was that your item is getting no views and no sales because:
If all you took away from my post was that your handling charge might tend to be a problem, you are not seeing the forest for the trees.

Actually, as a person who buys books from eBay, I think your background is fine. In a glance, I know you are picturing the actually book I will receive, not the stock picture from the publisher. I do think, however, that you can omit the summary and reviews from your listing, since the buyer is probably searching by title and already knows what he/she wants. You just need more listings, I only see 3. Good luck.

Hi Mor,
I understand that English is not your first language & you did a great job of expressing yourself & made a valid point. Just one suggestion. Please do not call people "Bro" or "dear". You have no idea if this is a male or female & all indications are that it is not a "bro" & you may unintentionally offend. Some new English speakers keep coming here & calling people "dear", which is very offensive.

People of all ages buy physical books by the millions - it's hardly a 'specific demographic'.
