Since the switch to EBay International Shipping, Im confused about which of my listings offer it and which dont. This is what I see when I go in to edit the listing. But I dont see a bubble to check yes or no. Where do I do to offer EIS or remove it?

Your listings show "worldwide shipping". To change this edit listing and go down to "shipping" (on right hand side of screen...click on SEE ALL OPTIONS) and turn off "international shipping."
Because new listing format is geared toward cellphone usage...many options are hidden.

Thank you for posting this . I was totally confused about it too. I guess there are several hidden information things for us to figure out.

From that screenshot it looks like you are opted in and would have to turn off the option. I'm not in this program yet, so thanks for the info for when it happens to me.

I seem to be having this problem also. I sell to an international customer and they select eBay International Shipping when I don't offer that. So I pay an extra 4 dollars to ship USPS. My screen does not show "eBay International Shipping" as the OP's listing shows.

I don't see international shipping on any of your listings.

Are you sure the buyer selected ebay international shipping? It you are just looking at the label page they may be defaulting to EIS just to encourage you to use it. I am just guessing though. Your order details should tell you exactly what the buyer paid.

Did the buyer actually select that, or it just the old "eBay" defaulting to showing that.
Next time hover or click(have none to look at right this moment, and forget what you have to do) on that "buyer selected" to see what it says.
I often see that "buyer selected" when I don't even offer a choice.

He paid the eBay International Shipping rate.

Well it Appears the buyer selected eBay International and paid that price. I didn't give him that choice.

OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. I decided to go into Seller Preferences and opt out of the eBay International Shipping. I had been using GPS on only selected items, but it seems with the changeover all my listings began offering international shipping thru EIS. I’m just not comfortable with shipping internationally right nw. And I dont like the way they sort of slipped it in there like that.

Supposedly you can Bulk Edit to change the international shipping. Did you see the video instructions eBay offered? If you wanted you should be able to just Bulk Edit the ones you previously had for the GSP.
I noticed that for a two pound package going to Europe, the prices for new eBay International Shipping is between the Global Shipping Program and eBay International Standard Shipping prices.
This new shipping seems like a nice option if someone wants to ship internationally.

If you didn’t have eBay international shipping enabled then it isn’t possible for the buyer to choose it. You did check your order details to confirm that was what was chosen?
The label page may say ‘buyer selected’ and have that service’s price next to it but that does not mean that the buyer choose or paid that. It just means the label defaulted to that method.
Would you mind saying which listing it is and which country the buyer is in?

Off topic - I’m not sure if this on purpose but at least 1000 of your postcard listings show $1.40 for international shipping so you must be sending those as a first class flat. The rest of them show first class international package at $14.85 shipping and up. I just thought that I would mention it in case you’re not aware of it. The postcards are all in the same price range
